The Utility Billing Centre can answer any of your billing questions in English or French. We are open 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday (except holiday long weekends) to respond to your questions by email, phone and mail.

Select 'Quarterly' if you have received a meter reading request by email or mail. Use 'Re-bill' if your bill was estimated. Your meter number can be found stamped on the body and/or lid of your meter or on your utility bill under the 'Water Use' section.
