The Utility Billing Centre can answer any of your billing questions in English or French. We are open 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday (except holiday long weekends) to respond to your questions by email, phone and mail.

How do I add a phone number to my account? Select the "My Account" tab after you have signed in. If you have multiple utility accounts linked to your profile, select one. Then, select the edit button beside the phone number section. Phone numbers are linked to each individual utility account you have, not your overall MyUtility profile.
