Your BMO 401 (k) Savings Plan account has moved to Empower May 1st. You may now contact Empower at 844-SAV-401K or visit empower.com/BMO401k to access your account. Note: you will have full access to your 401 (k) account when the transition blackout period ends the week of May 8th.
BMO is moving administration of the Employees’ 401(k) Savings Plan of Bank of Montreal/Harris from ACCESSBenefits, where our current administrator/recordkeeper is Conduent, to Empower effective May 1, 2023.

Check out the “Update my beneficiaries” section of the new BMO U.S. Benefits site for instructions on how to make changes for your life, 401(k) and ESPP plans. Centre (1-888-927-7700, say “Spending Accounts”). The program works with many transit providers, so it’s important to know the deadlines for changing your commuter products.
