There have been complaints about the low points threshold per survey and the length of time it takes to accumulate enough points to redeem rewards. So much time wasted to make little or no progress

Some people have reported having their accounts closed after raking in hundreds of dollars before having a chance to withdraw them. And some of the people who have had their accounts closed still report receiving invitations to fill out surveys. Others also complain never receiving confirmation codes even after they have completed surveys.
