Cave of the Crystals or Giant Crystal Cave (Spanish: Cueva de los cristales) is a cave connected to the Naica Mine at a depth of 300 metres (980 ft), in Naica, Chihuahua, Mexico.

19 Οκτ 2018 · The Cave of the Crystals is a natural marvel in Chihuahua, Mexico. Its main chamber houses some of the largest natural crystals ever discovered, hence the name. The magma within makes the cave unbearably hot and humid, and thus it remains largely unexplored.
In the Mexican State of Chihuahua, we have a giant crystal cave in the Naica Mine at a depth of nearly 400 feet. This cave’s walls are studded with crystal daggers, where massive pillars inside the cave reach a length of over 36 feet.
8 Ιουν 2018 · Already in 1910 miners hit an unusual cavern in Naica Mines – this cave was filled with enormous, up to 1 meter long, transparent selenite crystals. This cavern got a name – Cave of Swords (“Cueva de las Espadas”).
