Medicare Benefits. When you have Medicare as the primary payer and the NALC Health Benefit Plan High Option, charges for services and supplies covered by Medicare are paid in full between Medicare and the Plan.

Enrollees in the Plan must be members, or associate members, of the NALC. Associate member enrollees of the NALC Health Benefit Plan include active and retired employees of the United States government and the District of Columbia government as well as non-member Postal Service retirees.
