A triangle is a closed 2-dimensional shape with three sides. There are mainly 6 different types of triangles. Based on the lengths of the sides, there are three types of triangles: scalene, isosceles, and equilateral triangles.
If in any shape, the sides are of equal lengths they are known as congruent sides. For example, if two triangles have all three sides of the same length that are equal to each other, we can say that the triangles are congruent. This congruence rule is called SSS (side-side-side).
The triangle has two sides that equal 11 inches so they are equal. The triangle has one angle that is greater than 90^{\circ} and less than 180^{\circ}. So the triangle is an isosceles, obtuse triangle.
