1 Δεκ 2023 · Releasing into the Napoleonic Wars-over-the-right-scale like a thunderbolt last year, Warlord Games made a major play for the small scale market with Epic Battles: Waterloo, a plastic and resin line of debatably 13mm Napoleonics. Epic Battles plays much like Black Powder, at a much better scale for the game than 28mm.

Units are infantry battalions, cavalry regiments or part regiments, and batteries (some half batteries).

21 Απρ 2018 · To wit, a Napoleonic game with 30mm figures from the Willie (Edward Suren) and Tradition (Charles Stadden) ranges, both still available from Tradition of London. All the figures had been painted, and the units assembled, relatively recently by Stuart.
2 Σεπ 2019 · In Napoleonic terms that's around two to three brigades - a nice little game, but still fairly limited in scope. So, I really wanted the ability to do larger divisional-level games while still having room for the units to 'breathe'.
6 Αυγ 2022 · 2mm is a curious scale. On first sight it should have all the advantages I seek: Easy to paint, affordable to build huge forces and/or portray masses of men, easy to store, good scale to play big games on small tables.
