Netflix has some Naruto (maybe not all episodes--I don't currently have a subscription so I can't verify), and some Naruto Shippuden movies (but not the Shippuden series) I believe. TubiTV has at least some of it I think. Viz seems to have all of Naruto and Shippuden series free to stream.
FF.n is probably the best site for Naruto fanfiction since it has an abundance of content and it’s not all that bad, there are some incredible Naruto fanfics there, just have to look for them since there isn’t a great filtering system on ffn.
