The National Aviation Hall of Fame (NAHF) is a museum, annual awards ceremony and learning and research center that was founded in 1962 as an Ohio non-profit corporation in Dayton, Ohio, United States, known as the "Birthplace of Aviation" with its connection to the Wright brothers.
Located within the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force, this unique center welcomes nearly 400,000 visitors annually, offering a dynamic environment where history, education, and innovation converge.
The 17,250 sq. ft. aviation education center is co-located with the world-famous National Museum of the United States Air Force. Our Heritage Hall and Education Center includes interactives that combine with the impact of our Enshrinees to explain the full arena of flight from its origins to today.
