List the names, corporate titles, and N.C. real estate license numbers (if licensed) of all . the major officers (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, etc.) of the corporation.
To request a firm license for a business entity (e.g., LLC, corporation, or partnership), complete and submit Firm Application (form REC 1.72). The electronic application is also accessible on the Commission’s website, (www.ncrec.gov) under Forms\ Application Forms.
