The Gov. James E. Holshouser Building was built in 1971 to serve the needs of the N.C. State Fairgrounds. Year-round the Holshouser Building hosts festivals, small conferences and trade shows, meetings, social events, and many other types of events.
The new building includes 60 total toilet fixtures, and a multi-purpose room to serve the needs of the N.C. State Fairgrounds and is available to rent during non-fair time. The facility features tile interiors, day-lighting and easy access.
