23 Απρ 2020 · In Phase 1: Modify the Stay At Home order allow travel not currently defined as essential allowing people to leave home for commercial activity at any business that is allowed to be open, such as clothing stores, sporting goods stores, book shops, houseware stores and other retailers.
20 Μαΐ 2020 · Phase 2 lifts the Stay At Home order moving into a Safer At Home recommendation, especially for people at high risk for serious illness. Teleworking is also urged when possible. Mass gathering limits in Phase 2 will be no more than 10 people indoors or 25 people outdoors in most circumstances.
16 Σεπ 2024 · A change to the Project Access COVID Tests program (Project ACT) will allow all North Carolina households to request free home COVID-19 tests through June 30, 2023, NCDHHS announced today. Residents are encouraged to order free tests while supplies last.
Governor Cooper’s Phase 2 “Safer at Home” order does not prohibit travel for the purpose of complying with child custody or visitation arrangements. Parties should continue to follow their parenting plan or custody order as written while such orders are in effect, unless otherwise directed by the Governor or other executive or judicial order.
