The Gaming division regulates, enforces and administers charitable gaming in North Dakota, performs audits and investigations of gaming organizations; reviews gaming tax returns, administrative complaints, and provides training for charitable gaming organizations.
Lodging Reservations. Eleven state parks accept lodging reservation through their concessionaires, while the other five offer reservations through the Centralized Reservation System. Refer to the information below to make a reservation at the park of your choice.
1 Ιαν 2023 · Organizations are required, pursuant to N.D.A.C. § 99-01.3-02-03(3) to have a policy manual on its conduct and play of games in the gaming area at a site for review by any person. The manual must include policies for resolving a question, dispute, or violation of the gaming law or rules.
