The Gaming division regulates, enforces and administers charitable gaming in North Dakota, performs audits and investigations of gaming organizations; reviews gaming tax returns, administrative complaints, and provides training for charitable gaming organizations.
All recordkeeping forms for state licensed organizations can be found on this site. The Office of Attorney General is currently in the process of updating the gaming forms to allow organizations to fill in details, auto-calculate, and edit from a computer.

The attorney general shall have final approval of a site authorization. A separate site authorization is required for each site. A site authorization may be issued for a location on public or private property and may be restricted or conditional, including types of games, days of the week, and designation where games will be conducted.
The attorneys assigned to this division provide legal assistance to the divisions of the office of attorney general involved in charitable gaming, sex offender and felony crimes against children registration, and concealed weapons licenses.
