As far as I'm aware, DS hacking isn't to the point where people are making brand new games like you have on GBA. The only DS hacks you will find are hacks like Drayano's (Blaze Black, Storm Silver, etc.) that are basically difficulty hacks with some other mild tweaks.
Snakewood: Has some fakemon. Order and Chaos: New region, new story, new pokemon. Some of the sprites aren't very good, and it was fairly glitchy last time i played it. Sweets/Sweets2: Regional variants, but they're sweets.
"Fakemon" simply refers to Pokémon created by fans, and they can come from many different sources: ROM hacks, fan games, art galleries, and more. Each fan project that contains Fakemon or new Pokémon forms has its own Pokédex in the library.

23 Οκτ 2017 · I just uploaded some Pokemon DS rom hacking tutorial vids and wanted to post them here in case they help anyone out. They are definitely not high level stuff, mostly a showcase of how to use tools like Tinke, Kiwi, PokeDS/Pis, DS Text Editor, and PPRE for trainer editing.
