Incarcerated persons at the Nebraska State Penitentiary are allowed two virtual visits per month. Virtual visits are limited to 40 minutes. Individuals will be notified via email of the virtual visit once it has been approved.
NDCS utilizes a preregistration process for visitation in all facilities. All visits must be scheduled at least seven days in advance, using this web form. Visits may be scheduled up to four weeks from the date of the request. Four adults and a reasonable number of children are allowed at each visit.
