The Texas ESRD Emergency Coalition (TEEC) was formed in December 2005 to facilitate the provision of quality care to people with ESRD in the event of an emergency that negatively impacts the delivery of dialysis and transplant services by establishing a collaborative Disaster Plan.

Who is ESRD Network of Texas? We support equitable patient- and family-centered quality dialysis and kidney transplant health care through patient services, education, quality improvement, and information management.
As of December 31, 2022, data shows that Network 14 served 46,201 in-center patients and 8,032 home patients (Chart 1). There were an additional 23,855 kidney transplant patients who received care at one of 25 transplant units, bringing the total Network 14 ESRD population to 78,088.
Provide your voice as part of a larger whole, the entire ESRD patient population in the state of Texas. Represent patients of all treatment modalities. Share ideas to help improve patient-centered care and communication.
In July 2020, Network 14 launched a Patient Portal for patients, caregivers, and professionals to obtain the latest tools to support patient education. The portal’s extensive resources range from Coronavirus (COVID-19), home modality and transplantation, to emergency preparedness.
