Sometimes a paper jam error persists even though there is no jammed paper (false paper jam). Reset the printer, which might clear a false paper jam error, and then try to print again. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer. Unplug the power cord from the power source. Wait 60 seconds.

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) I have to reboot it or use Print Doctor to get back online. I installed the current drivers and software from HP Support.com. This didn't solve the problem; the printer still goes offline every time I want to print.

2 Νοε 2022 · Check the paper stack for defects such as wrinkled, torn, or bent pieces that might cause a pick-up issue. Remove any paper from the paper tray. Remove any severely bent, wrinkled, or torn paper found in the stack. Check for obstructions inside the paper tray.
