I’m building my home studio. I picked up Yamaha hs5, Apollo twin x & a Neumann TLM 103. I picked it up because I thought it was the industry standard under the U87. Now I’m doing deep research and a lot of people don’t have good reviews on it, saying it’s too high? Are there better options?
5 Μαρ 2024 · The Neumann TLM-103 is a large-diaphragm cardioid condenser microphone suitable for all kinds of work, but especially useful for vocals, acoustic guitar and wind instruments. I've mostly used it on vocals, and find it to really shine for that use.
