Note: 1. The Freeze Act, N.J.S.A. 54:51A-8, does not apply to a judgment granting an exemption or granting qualification for farmland assessment. 2. It is the policy of the Tax Court not to issue judgments applying the Freeze Act to an assessment until the assessment date has passed.
