It is possible to find civil court records online in Hawaii through the eCourt Kokua and Hoohiki sites provided by the Hawaii judiciary. Using the eCourt Kokua platform, members of the public may search District and Circuit Court civil case records and purchase them for a fee.
9 Οκτ 2024 · There is a fee to purchase copies of documents. The Hawai'i State Archives provides access to Hawaiʻi Judiciary Branch records ranging from 1839-1970. These Judiciary court records include: civil, criminal, marriages, divorce, equity, law, probate and wills.
Hawaii Court Records Lookup. Looking up court cases in Hawaii is possible and can be achieved online or by visiting the courthouse where the case was filed. For easy online lookup, use eCourt Kokua but remember the availability of court documents varies.
