This Master Agreement is made between the Department of Veterans Afairs (the Department) and the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) National Veterans Afairs Council of Locals (the Union)
with regulations, the following articles constitute an agreement by and between the Department of Veterans Affairs (Department) and the National Association of Government Employees (NAGE or Union), an affiliate of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU). The Department and the Union are jointly referred to as the “Parties.”
The VA and AFGE have reached a tentative master agreement to improve services for Veterans and support VA employees.
