  5. 17 Φεβ 2004 · Fresh plugs do make a difference. After 3k miles I can start to feel a touch of hesitation and my mileage drops off slightly. After 5k miles it is quite noticeable. I've gotten into the habit of changing the plugs every time I change the oil which is every 3333 miles. FWIW, that -11 indicates a 1.1mm gap.
