It is mandatory for all formal employers to register with NHIF. One can register as an employer online by clicking here . One can also visit any nearest NHIF Branch or Huduma center with the following documents.
Due to the current situation and the Government of Kenya advisory to minimize movement to curb the spread of coronavirus, NHIF has introduced Selfcare platforms which allow members to choose new, confirm existing or change preferred outpatient hospital for themselves and their dependents.
You can always choose or change your facility by dialling *155#, using the ‘My NHIF’ App which can be downloaded from Google Play or App Store or the NHIF Selfcare Platform.
NHIF-Self-Care allows members to access and manage their health insurance services online, including viewing contributions and changing facilities.
