This is done by way of employers submitting to NHIF a list of their employee’s brief details such as name, national/passport id etc, together with the respective rate each employee should be deducted. All this is done online for faster and efficient service delivery to all our clients.
One can register online by using the NHIF Selfcare Platform and follow the steps outlined in the platform. One can register by dialing the USSD code *155# from any network and following the prompts. One can also register through ‘ My NHIF ‘ App which can be downloaded from Google Play Store or Apple Store.
