26 Ιουλ 2024 · My D90, which was modified to full spectrum a few years ago, suddenly dies not work in live view anymore. Whenever I try to start the live view, the camera returns back to normal shooting. Also, from the same moment, it does not save pictures anymore. It focuses correctly, then the shutter is activated but no photo is saved.
30 Οκτ 2018 · If your camera has a live view selector and supports the "g4" setting (Custom Setting Menu -> Movie -> Assign Shutter Button), then this issue is already fixed and the fix will come in the next update.
2 Μαρ 2014 · You need to meter, set the shutter speed according to the frame rate, f2.8 or 3.5, based on the DOF, and then let the camera picks the ISO before entering live view. If your lens has an aperture ring, then you could change the aperture manually in live view.
27 Φεβ 2009 · #1. Ok - I admit I have only tried the Live View once on the D90 after about 5k shots - but I was wanting to try the white balance changing while looking at the LView screen as seen on the DTown movie.. I do not have the manual with me now but am downloading..
Live View shooting mode is essentially what it says on the tin – you're seeing what the camera's lens is seeing, and what the sensor is recording, but on the LCD rather than through the optical viewfinder. Live View is activated by either a switch or an 'Lv' button on the camera body.
The Nikon D90's Live View display includes a good bit of relevant shooting data, including shooting mode, autofocus mode, image size, image quality, white balance, audio recording, time...
