27 Ιουλ 2015 · From what I could find with a quick google, the YN-500EX is a mostly-Canon flash. It will do TTL off-camera flash, controlled by a D90 with the pop-up flash set to commander mode, but it won't do TTL flash tricks when mounted on a Nikon hotshoe - only on a Canon.
16 Ιουν 2012 · The flash WILL pop up and the autofocus assist lamp/self-timer lamp will work when the shutter is half-pressed but the flash "light" will not fire in this environment, in auto or manual or P/A/S modes. I have tried pressing the flash pop up button and the flash will pop up.

18 Οκτ 2011 · If your flash works, it might just be not bright enough or to much delay. Check the manual here about your front controls and it will assist you with the flash. I would also try to turn autofocus off and try it as a manual camera.
