8 Ιουν 2016 · Replace the A/C compressor Direct Pressure Sensing (DPS) valve replacement procedure. NOTE: Make sure foreign materials do not enter the Direct Pressure Sensing (DPS) valve hole on the cylinder head when the DPS valve is removed.
If 50 bar cannot be obtained then the Pressure Control Valve (PCV) in the valve block is faulty and requires replacement with the PCV service kit (see TOPIx Workshop Manual, Section: 204-06). Open Directional Control Valve 1 (DCV1) and check system pressure is still 50 Bar. Hold for two minutes.
4 Install the replacement engine (see TOPIx Workshop Manual section 303-01A / -01B: Engine - GTDi 2.0L Petrol - Installation - Engine). Fill the engine with new engine oil (see TOPIx Workshop Manual section 303-01A / -01B: Engine - GTDi 2.0L Petrol - Engine - Engine Oil Draining and Filling). 5 N O T E : Follow steps 6-13 of the filling section.
