one thin that the internet says to try a hard reboot. power unit off, told all the buttons on the right side (abxy, start, select) and the top button (LR) and press power. another thing to try is pull the battery and let your dsi sit a while without a battery. nether have worked for me, but worth a try. I can view photos but when I try to actually use the camera it says “An error has occured. Press and hold the Power Button to the system off.”. Its not a modded DSi and its completely up to date.
