The only "official" r4 card is the original. All others are different cards made by different companies only using the r4 name to make sales. The "best" card you can buy is the Supercard DSTwo Plus. It works on all ds, dsi, and 3ds models, has extra processors for better emulation, and can even play 3ds games.
R4 SDHC & R4i Ultra are SLOT-1 flashcards for the Nintendo DS series consoles (the R4i supports DSi and 3DS). They're the same size as an original game cartridge. R4 Ultra cards are an upgraded version of R4.
