9 Μαΐ 2021 · I have B&O speakers, but speakers appear nowhere in the sound settings. All of the sound drivers are installed and updated, but there is no audio inputs and outputs option in my devices menu to locate my speakers.

7 Φεβ 2023 · Multiple laptops of this model have lost their audio - either speaker/headphone reports no device found or microphone is missing. Mix of Windows 10/64 bit and Windows 11. These all started yesterday, Monday, Feb. 6th. I've tried updating audio drivers to no effect.
7 Φεβ 2023 · My audio input and output disappeared after a windows 11 update yesterday. It previously had Realtek, but now this does not even appear in the sounds, video and game controllers tab. Only the headphones and speakers are listed and say they are not connected.
A No audio device is installed or No audio output device is installed message displays and no sound plays. Enable the audio device in Windows 10. Run automated tools and check the driver status to enable the device in Windows 10. Check the playback device setup and connection.
Perform a hard reset to resolve audio issues on your notebook. For more information, see HP PCs - How to Power Reset Your Computer. Test for sound. If the hard reset did not resolve the audio issue, go to Reset BIOS to default values.
11 Οκτ 2018 · 3) Run the Playing Sound troubleshooter at Start button > Settings>Update & Security>Troubleshoot. 4) Try rolling back the sound driver in Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start button. Choose Sound controller device, then Driver tab, then Roll back if available.
13 Μαΐ 2023 · I went on using the HP virtual agent and tired the following solutions: Reset the BIOS to default, Updating the BIOS, and even Downloading/Installing audio Drivers from HP Support site. All that had I tried, didn't worked.
