22 Απρ 2024 · Press and hold Zen's blue reset button until the OLED screen displays 'Zen Bootloader'. Open Zen Studio 1.6.0 Build 90 and select Tools > Firmware Update. The firmware tool should detect your Zen and will display its current firmware version and serial number. Click on it. NO DEVICES FOUND.

Unplug all of the cables so nothing is connected to the ZEN. Hold the 2 side buttons down on the ZEN and plug in the cable that goes into the rear of the ZEN and connect it to your PC and release the 2 side buttons.

To OP: As for your situation, make sure your drivers are up to date and the firmware is updated. You may test some new cables like the others have suggested or it could be that your hardware is unsupported.
Firmware Errors This is when there is an issue when using the Firmware Update Tool (Zen Studio: Tools > Firmware Update), such as Device Not Found, 0.0.0 error, and network errors.
Use the zen website to download lastest firmware for the zen then unplug all cables and then plug them in qgain. For me, the firmware updater couldn't find my device with an original mini usb cable (the cable which plugs in the side).
