10 Μαΐ 2010 · BUT I'm thinking about selling that kit, and using the proceeds toward an Eastern Bloc military barrel (Rom. or Bulg.) & building an APEX E German kit- for THAT I would use the NDS-1. Thanks for pointing out the subtle differences between -1 & -3.
1 Σεπ 2008 · I was planning on buying a couple the NDS-1 AK 47 rec. for $55.00. Now I'm looking a the NDS-3 for $83.00. Couple questions: 1. Is the NDS-3 worth the extra $$. 2. In the long run well it have a longer service life?? I will be using the Romo. G parts kits for the build.

9 Μαΐ 2012 · I just received a set of Nodak Spud Sights for my new Ruger 10/22 FS (this is the model with a 16" sporter taper barrel with no sights and Mini 14 Flash Suppressor). I got the NDS-26 rear sight rail combo designed for Ruger receivers and the NDS-44 front sight that is specifically designed for this particular model rifle.
The upper receivers that Nodak made were (and are, if you can find one for sale) quality units. As far as I know, they never made complete uppers. Nodak Spud (NDS) did provide receiver forgings to other companies that said companies didn't machine/have machined correctly, however.

11 Φεβ 2008 · It says that using the NDS-3 and Tapco set together can cause "hammer follow" in some cases. His site tells you how to check for and fix this condition if you should experience it.
