I am providing notice of my intention to provide home instruction for the child(ren) listed below as provided for by §22.1.-254.1 of the Code of Virginia, in lieu of having them attend school.
HEAV’s Notice of Intent only includes information specifically required by the Virginia homeschool statute. Alternatively, you may simply write a letter notifying the district of your intent to homeschool.
