Renew your license online in the Real Estate License Management System (RELMS) If you cannot login to RELMS after clicking "forgot your Username or Password", contact the Technical support team of Utah Interactive at (801) 983-0275 for assistance.
Inactivation of an individual's license can take ten days or more to complete. The following information will be needed for renewal: License number, social security number, driver's license number, and debit or credit card. All licensees, Active or Inactive, must renew their license online via RELMS (Real Estate License Management System).
Take and pass the Real Estate Sales Agent Exam within one year of completing the required pre-license curriculum and submit the license application within 90 days from the exam pass date. Once steps 1-5 have been complied with and completed, please create a UtahID account and apply for your Real Estate Sales Agent License here .
License Renewals. Fingerprinting at the Division of Real Estate resumed on July 1st (by appointment only), and will be required for all Real Estate and Appraisal July renewals and will continue until all licensees have been enrolled in RAP Back.
