So I've always thought the most obvious answer here is that Paislee and Preslee have iPhones because they ASKED for them, whereas Ellecee and Delaynee have not. There is absolutely a LOT of favoritism going on in the Nelson household, but I don't think who owns an iPhone is an example of favoritism.
Kenn seems to be a very responsible dog owner - she treats Kobe like another child - and the younger kids seem to really love and take care of the family dog. Journee took the other family dog with her when she moved out and I'm sure she takes care of him.
