31 Οκτ 2024 · In Spanish, to express this, this one or these ones we use the demonstrative pronouns: este, esta, estos, estas and esto. As with all pronouns they are not accompanied by a noun. The noun they refer to will have been mentioned before. Have a look and listen to these examples: Este coche es feo, sin embargo este me encanta.
If the object is a little farther away from you, use the second line: ese or esa (plural: esos or esas). And if the object is not in your general vicinity, use the last line: aquel or aquella (plural: aquellos or aquellas ).

To describe a noun that’s plural, we use estos / estas, esos / esas, or aquellos / aquellas. Note that unlike the masculine singular forms, the masculine plural forms of these adjectives use an -o ending rather than an -e. Demonstrative adjectives are generally placed immediately before the noun they’re modifying.
