If you're having trouble receiving codes to your phone or email address, here are some things you can try: Sometimes the confirmation codes may take longer to arrive. If you’ve requested several codes already, wait a day before trying again. Make sure that you're checking the correct phone number or email address for the codes.
If you aren’t receiving codes from us to reset your password: Make sure the code hasn’t gone into your spam or junk folder. Check your connection. You’ll need a signal to receive the code. Wait a few minutes, then try requesting a new code.
