28 Σεπ 2023 · It's possible to replace bullet/numbering fonts in PowerPoint for Windows by saving the file in XML format, doing a find and replace using a text editor, then resaving in PowerPoint to normal .pptx format. Please post again if you need the steps to do that.
20 Μαρ 2018 · Since I'm using Powerpoint v16 on the Mac, embedded fonts are not allowed. I have tried opening the file as text and searching for the fonts, but that didn't work, nor did substituting the font globally.
21 Δεκ 2020 · Under Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation, clear the Embed fonts in the file option: The next time the presentation file is saved, any embedded fonts will be removed from the file and you will no longer see above mentioned dialog box.
