Completion of death claim application - Form VIII is mandatory when applying for benefits of a deceased member.
Employers and NSmen will no longer be required to file make-up pay (MUP) claims or submit supporting documents for their employees' / their ORNS activities which start from 12 Sep 2022. However, MUP claims will not be automated for IPPT, NS FIT, mobilisation, non-ICT shooting and medical activities.
Your Make-Up Pay Claims: View your claims requiring action, last payment, latest update to submited claims, and your bank account information. Adjust your notification setings: Select the ‘Notification Seting’ buton at the top right of the landing page to adjust your notification setings.
Please approach your employer to submit a MUP claim on your behalf via the following FormSG link: https://go.gov.sg/osemployment. You are self-employed if you are performing work for others under a contract for service.
