As provided in the law, the National Service Training Program (NSTP) is a program aimed at enhancing civic consciousness and defense preparedness in the youth by developing the ethics of service and patriotism while undergoing training in any of its three (3) program components.
The student may verify enrollment via the MyUSTe portal and download the electronic copy of the temporary/unofficial registration form, 2-3 banking days after payment, or 3-5 working days after submission of list from OSA.
This is printed on the student's ID card and on the his/her copy of Registration Form using the format YYYY-999999 (e.g. 1991-050299). By simply dropping the hyphen (1991050299), the student number serves as his/her username in accessing the myUSTe portal.
