NTP Server with Office 365. Hi all, We want to synchronize time in our environment - in desktop clients, IP phones, emails, etc. to make them have and show the exact same time in the very same time zone with the very same time settings to prevent misunderstandings. Is there a practical way to achieve that?

Has Microsoft documented anything about the time servers used by Office 365 and how it maintains accuracy? I wasn't able to find anything other than changing the time zone for user end.
29 Ιουν 2022 · Without the use of an independent time provider, Windows time servers can acquire their time by connecting to an external NTP server, which is connected to a hardware device by means of a telephone or the Internet.
NTP Servers typically listen on UDP port 123 for requests and respond from the same port, which is also true for the inbox W32Time NTP Server. Inbox W32Time NTP Client and NTP Server can be enabled or disabled independently and both share UDP port 123 for their functions.

Coming in really late on this, but in case anybody else hits this page looking for timestamp server services, as far as I know, Microsoft does not provide a timestamp server for timestamping Authenticode signatures, for example.
Are you limited to official Time Server by Microsoft, or are you free to use any NTP Server? If so, I would like to suggest ntp.org for the Time Server. On the Homepage is a NTP Pool List. There you can choice the closest NTP server to your area. – JohannesM. May 30, 2012 at 12:45. 1.
