What can I S/U? Students enrolled from AY21/22 onwards can S/U BDE courses. For students enrolled in AY20/21 and earlier, you can S/U UE courses. For students enrolled from AY21/22 onwards, you can S/U up to 12AU of Second Major courses and up to 6AU of Minor courses.
The 12 AUs for S/U is throughout your stay in uni, and not just in y1. Yes, S/U can only be used for BDEs and some mods in 2nd Maj. Basically, those non core mods can use S/U. Reply reply

In NUS you can S/U any level-1000 and most (or in some cases almost all) level-2000 modules including core modules. You cannot S/U any level-3000 and level-4000 modules. You also make the choice to exercise the S/U option after getting your results. In NTU you cannot S/U core modules.
Their term 1 is grade free while they can choose up to 2 mods in terms 2 & 3 to SU it.
