16 Αυγ 2024 · Call the EasyPay Account Service Center at 1-877-323-7433 immediately if your card is lost or stolen. You can also file a claim online. We will deactivate your card to protect you from unauthorized charges.
The New York City Transit Customer Service Center is located in Lower Manhattan, but we're here to help you via our web tools and over the phone at 511 as well. You can also visit a Customer Service Center in a subway station. If you do need help or are having trouble filing a claim online, you can visit the Customer Service Center.
