Make a payment for an account by filling in an account number. You can find your 13-digit account number on your bill. Please make sure to enter the account number exactly as it appears including all leading zeros. Check this box to show us you are human.

Pay your water and wastewater bills online quickly and securely. My DEP Account is the centralized portal for all DEP customer online activities. You can also make a one-time payment for your bills.
You can pay your water and sewer bill at any Department of Environmental Protection Borough Office. You can make the payment by personal check, certified check, or money order, payable to "NYC Water Board".
To make a one-time electronic payment and pay without logging in, you can use our online QuickPay system. You will be prompted to enter your DEP Account Number, house number and your bank account/credit card information. For a descriptive list of all payment options, please visit How to Pay.
