21 Σεπ 2022 · The Real Property Tax Relief Credit NY-IT-229 (RPTR) was implemented to provide relief to New York State (NYS) taxpayers who own qualified real property in the state. The Credit takes effect for tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2021 and is also available for 2022-23 school tax assessments.
30 Ιουν 2022 · Through TXHAF, eligible applicants can receive up to $65,000 in assistance for loans secured for manufactured housing, traditional home mortgages, and contracts for deed or land contract. Of the $65,000, up to $25,000 could be used to pay past due property taxes, homeowners’ insurance and homeowner association fees.
2 Μαρ 2023 · Returning applicants who have not received the maximum allowed 18 months of assistance for rent and/or utility bills can submit an Additional Funding Request via their existing online user account. Applications will be processed in the order received, prioritizing those facing evictions.
21 Ιαν 2020 · Eligible households could receive up to $40,000 for past due mortgage payment assistance, and up to $25,000 to pay past due property taxes, property insurance, and delinquent homeowner association (HOA) and/or condo association fees.
