Retirement Online is the fastest way to update your phone number with NYSLRS. Sign in to Retirement Online. From the top of your Account Homepage, in the ‘My Profile Information’ section, find your phone number and click “update.” If you don’t have a Retirement Online account, you can:
Access Retirement Online. Members, retirees and beneficiaries can sign in to personal accounts. Employers can sign in to do business with NYSLRS.
Use Retirement Online to update your contact information, including your email address, phone number and mailing address, at any time. You can also schedule an address change if you spend part of the year in a second home.
