Field Services provides service to 13 contract cities and the unincorporated areas of Orange County. Animal Control Officers comply with State and County mandates and serve the public 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
At this time, adoptions are scheduled by appointment. While a limited number of walk-up appointments may be available, visitors are encouraged to call and discuss their adoption needs with staff prior to visiting the OC Animal Care shelter in order to streamline their experience.
