If you have not activated your new token and have not registered a valid mobile number with us, Complete the Apply & Manage OCBC Velocity Form to unlock your OCBC Velocity account. Submit the original form, signed by the authorised persons, to any of our branches or mail it back to us.
Follow the on-screen instructions to unlock your User ID or reset to a new password immediately! have a valid mobile number registered with Velocity@ocbc (for SMS OTP). If not, please register your mobile number by completing and mailing to us the Manage Velocity@ocbc Account Form.
To update your mobile number(s) with us, please complete the Manage OCBC Velocity Account Form, submit the original form, signed by authorised persons, to any of our branches. We take 12 business days to act on your request.

Check out our step-by-step guide on how to submit your forms via secured email on Velocity. Submit the original form, along with the defective token to any of our branches or mail to the address indicated on the form. Once we receive and verify your form, we will take 7 business days for processing.
Go to OCBC Velocity login page https://velocity.ocbc.com. Key in your Organisation ID, User ID and Password (as indicated in the password mailer) at the login box. Click 'Login' and follow the on-screen instructions to activate your token and set a password.
